I am a veteran of sorts for charity rides. This will be my second time participating in a JDRF ride. My first ride in 2007 was in Death Valley. This year I am going to be riding 100 miles or so in the area around LaCrosse, WI. While not the lovely desert landscape that is Death Valley, it is a little closer to home so some of my family can attend.
