10 hours before riding out for my shot at 100 miles. I am thinking of my family, friends and supporters. I am thinking of those who offer me words of encouragement and thanks. I know you are with me when I line up tomorrow morning. I could not do this without you.
I have said this many times before and cannot say it often enough, thank you so much.
Special thanks to my wonderful wife Karen and daughter Jaclyn. Your help and support during my time when I was off riding and not around is time that we can’t get back but I know you know this is worthwhile. I love you both very much.
So here are some highlights from La Crosse in pictures and words. Enjoy and I look forward to sending you updates tomorrow when I can.
The Illinois Chapter ride team.
My hotel room door poster from a JDRF Youth Ambassador.
The La Crosse Center, JDRF headquarters
Some shots of my room at the GrandStay. It is actually a very nice place with really fast internet…for those who needed to work today
It has a kitchen and everything….nice.

Good luck, Craig. Stay hydrated. Sharon said to be sure to check your own sugars! She’s down here for the weekend and we’re heading down to Evansville for lighting – I hope.
Love you.
Good luck honey…my thoughts are with you for a safe ride. I know I’ve said this before, but…YOU ARE MY HERO! I’m so proud of you and your commitment to help find a cure for this horrible disease. Can’t wait to see you tomorrow.
Love always,
Karen
